This is a very good plastic surround. Black gloss finish that goes particularly well with a yellow number plate background. Is IVA compliant when fitted correctly. (Speaking from personal experience here). Plenty of holes in the surround to suit all manner of attachment. Number plate can be secured with double sided tape
