It's a nice quality product that arrives flat, I would imagine it comes in a roll. You will need a suitable method for opening it out to accept what ever you are threading through it.
I ordered the 10mm  size to cover a throttle cable, the largest part to feed through it was an M6 nut and it did pass through with little effort.
